If you look closely at our license number, you will see that it boils down to “15” - the fifteenth license that was issued by the State of Alaska was issued to Mike Divis, and he has been actively inspecting homes ever since. Both Mike and Pam are certified with ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) and ICC (International Code Council). Mike is certified to inspect for Alaska Financial Housing Corporation, the Federal Home Association and Alaska Community Development Corporation as well as being affiliated with the Alaska Building Science Network and other organizations.
