With over 40 years of combined experience in construction and inspecting, and with two licensed inspectors, there is no situation that is out of our league. If you look closely at Mike’s license number, you will see that it boils down to “15” - the fifteenth license that was issued by the State of Alaska was issued to Mike Divis, and he has been actively inspecting homes ever since. He is certified with ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) and ICC (International Code Council). He is certified to inspect for Alaska Financial Housing Corporation, the Federal Home Association and Alaska Community Development Corporation as well as being affiliated with the Alaska Building Science Network and other organizations. Fairview Consultants and our inspectors are fully compliant with all the State of Alaska licensing requirements and we inspect to the ASHI standards of practice. Pamela Wright-Divis has a long history in the construction field and has owned and operated two different construction companies before joining Mike as a home inspector. Pamela is a licensed inspector, she is also ASHI Certified and is affiliated with Alaska Building Science Network, Alaska Multiple Listing Services, Matanuska Valley Inspectors Round Table and other organizations. Together, they are a dynamic duo that make for a personable, efficient, thorough inspection experience.
